Chuck Haling

Managing Partner

As the Managing Partner of Roseate, Chuck Haling brings a wealth of experience from diverse leadership roles in running and scaling software businesses. Most recently, Chuck served as the President of Fieldware, following a successful track record of growing several software companies. Prior to that, he held pivotal positions at Arrowroot Capital, progressing from Principal to Operating Partner, and spearheading value creation in Go-to-Market strategies. His extensive board experience includes serving on the boards of Cygilant, BryterCX, Parkhub, Membersuite, and Hookit.

Chuck's experience includes leading businesses invested in, bought, or sold to leading private equity firms such as Foundation Capital, Internet Capital Group (ICG), Parker Gale, Accel-KKR, William Blair, CVC Capital Partners, Renvent Advisors, Taubman Capital, and Jones Boy Ventures.

With an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Business and Marketing from Columbia College of Missouri, Chuck is uniquely positioned to drive growth and create value within the software industry.

In his free time, Chuck enjoys golfing and spending time with friends and family. Married for 24 years, he has two children and three grandchildren, with whom he loves spending quality time.
